Process Engineer

YOUR TASKS
Support for Production department in matter of providing coordination and technical expertise necessary for the implementation of new means of manufacturing, changes and optimization within the process;- Support for installing and of putting into operation the new equipments and production lines;
- Solving technical problems as part of the escalation process;
- Equipment troubleshooting, defect analysis, and support for technical documentation preparation for equipments;
- Create programs and recipes for these specific equipments, to achieve a stable and optimum process;
- Support DfM reviews to evaluate new product designs;
- Participation or coordination in product and technology transfer projects;
- Process approval considering the requested process capabilities and further quality and productivity improvements.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in technical field (Electronics, Mechanics, Automatization);
- Experience in Automotive industry;
- Previous experience in Press-Fit, riveting and soldering processes is a bonus;
- Good technical skills;
- English medium/advanced level
