Senior Sales effectiveness specialist [China]


 

Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with cross functional teams to build up & enhance data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework.
  • Perform sales incentive analysis, drive effective, data-driven decision making for the SIP/SPIFF design
  • Develop new modelling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to measure sales performance
  • Proactively share business insight through business data analyze and utilize digital tools to support strategic decisions

Qualifications:

  • Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors.
  • 5~7 years of experience in SFE/Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields
  • Rich experience in Excel, PPT
  • SQL, Power BI and Python skill will be a plus
  • Good problem-solving skills and Fluent English communication
