Responsibilities:
- Closely work with cross functional teams to build up & enhance data management process, maintain scalable and reusable data analytics capabilities & framework.
- Perform sales incentive analysis, drive effective, data-driven decision making for the SIP/SPIFF design
- Develop new modelling methodology and perform regular diagnostics to measure sales performance
- Proactively share business insight through business data analyze and utilize digital tools to support strategic decisions
Qualifications:
- Data driven mindset with degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or related majors.
- 5~7 years of experience in SFE/Commercial Excellence, business analytics & insights or related fields
- Rich experience in Excel, PPT
- SQL, Power BI and Python skill will be a plus
- Good problem-solving skills and Fluent English communication
