Service Co-Ordinator [United Kingdom]


 

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Service co-ordinator to join our team based in Stoke On Trent.

Key responsibilities of our Customer Service Coordinator:
  • Deliver a first-class customer experience.
  • To be able to communicate clearly and have the ability to work closely with your Sales Manager and other internal departments in order to ensure continuity of service and assure delivery in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Place orders and ensure that your customer is kept up to date at all times with the progression of their order.
  • Manage and prioritise your own workload.
  • Timesheets.

Job Details:
  • Shift patterns 6 am - 3 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, and 9 am - 6 pm.
  • Weekly pay.
  • £10.93.
  • Immediate start dates.
  • Monday to Friday.
