This is a once-in-a-year career opportunity where we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and experiences to kick start a career with an in-depth, on-the-job learning experience coupled with a development program. Our 12-month graduate program is tailored to your interests and goals.

You will be working within an experienced team, who will help you to learn and grow. We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment where everyone can thrive and bring their unique perspectives and ideas to the table.
Some of your specific responsibilities could include:
- Gain In-depth knowledge of the insurance business through on-the-job development including:
o Accompanying the processes in the corporate insurance lifecycle such as contract processing and analysis
o Provide financial analyses and assessments on the financial performance, identify key drivers, risks and opportunities and provide recommendations
o Preparation, participation and follow-up of appointments with customers/brokers/internal interface partners
o Participation in negotiations and presentations
o Supervision of international insurance programs including implementation in our Allianz network
o Exchange and information transfer to foreign interface partners

What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Completion of a university degree or post-graduate study
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain personal relationships with colleagues, peers, managers and customers
- Strong problem resolution and analytical skills, as well as the ability to grasp and solve complex issues and present solutions to others effectively
- Curious and creative mindset and a willingness to learn
- Excellent computer skills, including MS/Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in business English and German, and additional languages are an advantage
- Open to travel to other countries within Europe
