1. Effective planning of production (a new group, changes in production volumes, introduction of changes in the planning stages, new derivatives)
2.Monitoring indicators - productivity, efficiency, NPT based on the data provided by HR dept.
3.Support for "P3 efficiency agenda"
4.Tracking downtime in production - analysis of the derivative, groups, lines
5.Responsibility that the differences in inventory are at the lowest percentage
6.Monitoring and processing of information in the production of WIP
