Duties and Job Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise the daily activities of subordinates in the manufacture of mold parts.
- Coordinate with the planner to resolve operational issues with the tool.
- Perform a mold test.
- Make and modify the necessary mold parts according to the mold specifications
- Applications EDM, lathes, milling, drilling, grinding and polishing machines.
- Perform necessary planning and occasional maintenance of all tools and tools
- Develop and maintain a continuous preventative maintenance program for all Mold processing Or machine tool processing.
- Prepare technical drawings.
- Provide technical training to enhance subordinates' competency
- Maintain sufficient stock of mold parts to ensure continuous production liaise with certain suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Monitor the status of the mold during production
- Maintain proper filling and documentation.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualification Needed
- Open for Tooling Engineer (5 Years Experience) AND Technician Supervisor (Tooling 10 Years supervising experience needed)
- The ability to set up and check work with precision tools and measuring instruments.
- Skills and capabilities to process, repair and replace molds and machine parts.
- A clear understanding of the mold design and ability to modify the mold design.
- Have a certain understanding of the finished product injection.
- Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Degree in (Mechanical/ Tool & Die or Industrial Engineer) or equivalent.

Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
