happyglam is a new, innovative, and exciting Berlin-based e-commerce cosmetics company. We are creating an international brand around our vegan, natural, and eco-friendly cosmetic products for nails, lips, and face. We are well funded and have experienced serial entrepreneurs in the beauty, health, and fashion e-commerce space in our team.
Aufgaben
As a working student in customer support you will be the point of contact and first line of support for our customers questions and issues. With delicate tactfulness, you will solve various problems customers are facing. Your kind and fast responses via emails or the comments section will turn disappointed customers to brand lovers and ambassadors. Furthermore, you will be tasked with and involved in improving the customer journey pro-actively throughout our online shopping experience.
Qualifikation
- You are currently studying in University
- You are a good communicator, enjoy solving problems and helping others
- You have the ability to stay professional and composed in challenging situations
- You speak fluent German
- Speaking other languages (English, Italian) fluently is a plus
