CRM Intern, APAC [Indonesia]


 

Flash Coffee is one of Asia's fastest-growing tech-enabled coffee chains. We aim to make high-quality coffee accessible to Asia's rising middle class and serve up an award-winning coffee menu curated by World Barista Champions at affordable prices. Customers can use the Flash Coffee app to order and pay online, choosing to pick up their order at one of our iconic yellow storefronts or opt for delivery through major platforms in each market.

Flash Coffee now operates in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand,, Hong Kong and South Korea, and is set to expand its footprint across Asia Pacific. We have attracted some of the most reputable VCs in the industry (Rocket Internet / Global Founders Capital, White Star Capital, Conny & Co) as well as influential strategic investors (Delivery Hero and Oetker Group), adding tremendous synergies and expertise. With a strong backing and after finalising our Series B1 in June 2022, we are ready to build the market winner in the region.

We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated CRM Intern (APAC) to join our regional CRM team.

The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, a self-starter with strong problem-solving and analytical ability, and has a track record of a "test & learn" mindset.


What You'll Do:

  • Assist with the implementation, management, and optimisation of our CRM activities in the APAC region across emails, push and in-app notification channels.

  • Assist with shaping our strategy of how we onboard, engage, upsell, and prevent churn for our users.

  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine-tune flows, segments, and messages

  • Support the team with campaign performance.

  • Establish and ensure that guidelines and processes are followed for all of our campaigns.

  • Work closely with the local marketing teams and other counterparts to get support in localising and executing campaigns.


Skills and Experience You Will Bring:

  • A positive attitude to deliver results in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

  • Good analytical skills & strong attention to details.

  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Having sound technical knowledge of at least one customer engagement and automation platform (Braze, CleverTap, Insider, or other similar tools) is preferred.

  • Understanding of CRM-related concepts (e.g. a/b testing, segmentation, etc.) is preferred.
