Our client is an innovative, and fast-paced, company who are looking for a Handover Manager, who will be required to manage and lead a small team of Handover Specialist to ensure our guests receive a ‘world-class’s guest experience.
The ideal candidate will be currently working within the automotive industry either as an experienced handover specialist or senior vehicle administrator.
The Role:
- Ensure all Guests are met at the point of sale by, either yourself or your Handover team, and ensure the Guest's expectations are met with regard to their delivery date.
- Coordinate deliveries ahead of the scheduled handover addressing any potential issues ensuring that the Guest is always communicated with in a courteous and efficient manner, preventing any potential CSI issues.
- Conduct quarterly meetings with the Guest Experience team members.
- Liaise with guests to complete the CSI questionnaire at handover/post-handover and ensure they are contacted 48 hours after collection to confirm they have given their experience a 10/10, addressing any issues immediately.
- Manage and review administration processes, completing a weekly walkthrough.
- Conduct daily meetings to ensure all Guest expectations and delivery times are met and any issues are dealt with, always advising the Guest of these.
- Manage delivery targets and communicate with the Guest Experience team. Any issues which could impact targets being achieved should be escalated to the Sales Manager and Managing Partner immediately.
Requirements:
- Have Automotive experience in a similar role or vehicle administration experience.
- Excellent customer service skills and always willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong leadership and people skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
