MAIN PURPOSE
The Lounge – Client Activation and Hospitality Manager plays a crucial role in managing and enhancing the overall client experience in The Lounge location. Their role entails a 360 approach to planning, executing and leading the following up for all client focused initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise a yearly 360 clients activation/ Lounge experience calendar in collaboration with the CRM team and ensure consistency of our strategy for each launch.
- Handle client hosting and interactions, product presentations independently when necessary and support sales ambassador in the selling ceremony.
- Budget planning and cost allocation to be tracked on a monthly basis and report to Client Experience Manager.
- Manage and track closely the weekly/ monthly activation agenda and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure it is flawlessly executed.
- Development and implementation of upcoming Lounge activations.
- Independently manage tasks and initiatives related to on-going projects from concept creation to final implementation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and affinity partners.
- Work closely with each Sales Ambassador and the Sales and Operations Coordinator to prepare a tailored experience for client appointments hosted in The Lounge.
- Actively research, analyse and benchmark new retail and hospitality innovations and potential partners across different industries.
Reporting:
- Track and monitor the hospitality budget in Excel.
- Prepare PowerPoint/ PDF documents for planning, execution and follow up of all activations.
JOB PROFILE
Education & Experience:
- At least 5 years of previous experience in hospitality management.
Technical skills / abilities:
- Team Player.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate good relations with both team and suppliers.
- Competent computer skills (Outlook, MS office - Powerpoint, Excel).
- Existing network in Dubai
