- You have a university degree in engineering,

• You have a minimum of 6 years operational experience in product logistics,
• You have good organizational skills, decision-making skills and teamwork skills,
• You are available, reliable, autonomous, adaptable and cross-functional,
• You have good analytical skills, synthesis, reporting in an international and complex environment as well as a good capacity to pass on your opinion,
• You are at ease with digital tools,
• You speak French and English perfectly (Dutch is a plus),

Within the Northern and Eastern Europe area of the Supply, Sales & Optimization (SSO) Europe division of TotalEnergies, the Operations and Logistics Department Manager is looking for a:

Deputy coordinator and responsible for logistical / digital Optimization (m/f/x).

This entity is more specifically in charge of planning, operating and monitoring the transportation of products within its scope.
The main missions are:

• Develop, execute and implement digitalization and automation projects.
• Participate in the follow-up of projects/evolutions operational functioning of the sites, first point of contact within the SSO.
• Follow up quality and quantity claims and ensure their correct processing, participation in QCM (Quality Meetings) of the Antwerp and Vlissingen refinery.
• Produce and monitor operational and contract performance indicators, such as SEATANK volumes, MS pipeline performance in the form of KPIs.
• Assistant Coordinator, trained for all products:

o Take over coordination or scheduling of the senior coordinator and/or operator during periods of leave.
o Coordinate, with sites and optimizers, the short and medium term activity: stocks and collection program.
o Be the main contact for refineries and customers on contracts, during and after working hours (on-call).
