PPC Specialist


Your Responsibilities

  • Continuously improve and simplify capacity planning and forecasting in regards of Lead Time of calculations and analysis,Transparency,Accuracy,Ease of use,Master Data
  • Take responsibility for capacity planning by calculating, managing and presenting capacity and WIP for regular forecasting, budget planning and any project ramp plans
  • Support and propose any possible improvements to products and product mix for better capacity management and come up with proposals to balance and smoothen the loading
  • Investigate and analyse existing PPC work and processes and contribute to these by providing simplified and automated suggestions and solutions
  • Improve and standardize the way data and information is presented and investigate in more sophisticated data analysis
  • Collect and maintain all capacity related master data and define clear data sources. Ensure that all master data changes are updated and other related capacity files on time. Improve existing functions and reports and find opportunities to enhance existing situation
  • Act as the interface to IE&E to allow increased accuracy of related master data, faster updates on key data and to provide guidance to IE&E of upcoming capacity constraints, which need their support and their focus to resolve
  • Support with the training of new employees and ensure there is always a backup available for all critical processes and tasks
  • Create and maintain training material to ensure the new employees receive the necessary training
  • Clearly define and update all related processes and procedures, create all documentation and ensure they are always maintained and up to date

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • 4 years of experience PMC experience
  • 4 years SAP experience
  • Very good MS Word and Excel skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and conflict handling skills
  • Team Player
