Roles involves Social Media Channels Management
- Posting & Managing Content
- Replying to comments.
- Handling Direct Messaging Channels.
- Logging and Track of cases received over Social Media channel.
- Preparation of Reports - Likes, Reach, Mentions, Sentiment Analysis
- Managing Advertising Campaigns & Managing Contests
Candidate MUST be BAHRAINI.
Prior professional experience of Customer Service over Social Media would be advantageous.
Candidate MUST possess -
- Excellent Written Communication in English and Arabic (Bahraini)
- Candidate must have the ability to translate between formal English and formal Arabic
- Candidate must have excellent typing skills in English and Arabic - error free upto 25 Words per Minute
- Expert Level Knowledge and Experience in working with popular Social Media Channels.
- Knowledge and Experience in working with Social Media Management Tools.
- Advanced Level Knowledge and Experience in working with Social Media Analytics.
- Intermediate Level Skills and Experience in Photo Editing and knows how to use popular software editing tools (would be advantageous)
Candidate should have at least 1 years experience in
- Social Media Management or Customer Service especially using Email and WebChat.
Candidate MUST be willing to work in SHIFTS.
Current Hours of Operation are 8 AM to 8 PM.
Candidate MUST be a team player.
Candidate MUST have good analytical skills.
